On Monday, 09 October 2017, Minister of Communications, Ms Ayanda Dlodlo will visit Bitou Municipality in Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape. The visit is part of the government Public Participation Programme.
The programme will start with a handover of food and clothing vouchers to the value of R53 000,00 to thirteen (13) families who were victims of the fire incident that occurred in Knysna and surrounding areas this year.
The Minister and representatives of the Department of Communication entities will then proceed to Kwa-Nokthula Community Hall for an engagement with youth where she is expected, amongst other things to share information on development and employment opportunities in the media and communication sector including ways to access them.
